On April 3, 2016, I had the opportunity to present on the Street Law efforts of the Hugh Wooding Law School Human Rights Law Clinic at the Ed O’Brien Law and Legal Literacy International Best Practices Conference at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, in Durban, South Africa on April 3, 2016.

Apart from being an exceptional learning experience, attending the conference gave me a sense of validation that the Hugh Wooding Law School Human Rights Law Clinic is on par with Street Law‬ programmes and clinics at the best universities and law schools around the world.

Many thanks to Professor David McQuoid-Mason and the Street Law Global team for allowing me to present at the conference.

Thanks again to ALL my present and past students for their hard work! The Clinic will continue to try its best to train participating students using the clinical education model to demystify complex legal concepts for the general public.
